You Built the Business. Now It Needs You for Everything.
In 12 weeks, I work with you 1:1 to build the Scalable Systems OS inside your service business. Everyone knows what they own. Your processes are written down. Your numbers sit on one dashboard. Your team gets work done without you chasing it, and your hours go to growth.
For founders of service businesses and agencies with 10 to 40 people.
60 minutes with me. You leave with a clear picture of where your business depends on you, whether or not we work together.

Does this sound like your week?
94% of problems in a business come from the system. Only 6% come from people.
Most founders spend their days fixing the 6%.
A day in your life
You wake up to 18 WhatsApp messages. Four are questions your team should answer themselves. You reply from bed.
Working harder will not fix this. Hiring more people will not fix it either. The business has no operating system, so you are filling the gap yourself.
Whatever is loudest runs your day. The urgent keeps beating the important, so the work that grows the business slips to next week. Again.
You are not sure who is working on what or how it is going. The numbers that would tell you are scattered across tools, so you decide on gut.
You assign the task, then you follow up. Then you follow up again. The work moves when you push, and stops when you do not.
You know you need them. Maybe you started a few. They sit in a folder because nobody owns the job of making the team use them.
Delivery eats the week, so new clients get whatever time is left. Growth stalls while you stay busy.
Questions, approvals and small fires start before lunch. Jumping between them drains you. Your team keeps asking because nobody has told them what they can decide alone.
The missing piece is a system. Not more effort from you.
You were the best person in the room at your craft, so you built a company around that. Now you lead 10 to 40 people who do not think the way you do. The business still runs on your memory, your judgment and your presence.
I call this founder dependency. It is a structural problem, not a character flaw. Structural problems have structural fixes.
You have probably tried to fix it already. You read the books. You attended workshops. Maybe you started an SOP document. It held for two or three weeks. Then a client emergency pulled you back, your team stopped following it, and nobody was there to hold the line.
That gap between knowing what to do and getting it built is why nothing stuck. I call it the implementation gap. It is the only thing I work on.
I was the system in my own business
I started out running a speed reading training business. I was good at the work, but everything lived in my head. Nothing was written down. If I stepped away, things stopped.
Then I read The Checklist Manifesto. It is about how surgeons and pilots use simple checklists to prevent costly mistakes. Something clicked. I built a checklist for content creation, then one for client onboarding, then one for follow-ups. The impact was immediate.
I kept going. I talked to business owners who ran good companies and asked how they ran them day to day. The same pattern showed up everywhere: skilled, ambitious founders trapped inside businesses that could not move without them.
Then a friend who ran a service business heard what I was working on and said, “Implement it in my business.” He became my first client. No pitch. He just said yes.
Those months taught me where founders really get stuck, why a system survives week one and collapses in week three, and how to get a team to adopt something new before resistance kills it. I pulled it into five steps and called it the Scalable Systems OS. That was over ten years ago.
I am a Chartered Accountant, so the numbers side of your business does not scare me. The dashboard we build rests on that background
I do not hand you a document and leave. I stay until your team uses the system.

What changes when the system is in place
Same founder. Same team. Different week.
| Before: Chief Firefighter | After: Dashboard CEO |
|---|---|
| Answers team messages before getting out of bed | Opens the dashboard at 9am and knows the state of the whole business in 10 minutes |
| Works 60+ hours a week, most of it inside the business | Spends 4 to 6 hours a week on operations. The rest goes to strategy and growth |
| Gives the same instruction to the same person every week | Every process is documented. The team finds the answer in the playbook |
| Team asks for approval on everything. Nothing moves without you | An authority matrix is in place. The team decides within clear boundaries |
| Decides by gut because there is no real-time data | Every key number is on the dashboard. Decisions come from data |
| Cannot take a real holiday without the business suffering | Takes the holiday. The business keeps moving. No panicked calls |
| Works at 10pm while the family is in the same room | Work ends at a set time. The system follows up, not you |
How we get you there in 12 weeks
The Scalable Systems OS is the operating system your business never had. We build it together, one step at a time, inside your own company. By Week 12 all five steps are running.
One call a week. Action steps between calls. Everything is built in tools you already use, around your actual team. I follow up until it is done.
01.
Define Ownership
Everyone knows what they own, and so do you. We set key responsibility areas and numbers for every role, and write an authority matrix so your team knows what it can decide without you.
You get: the end of “that is not my job.”
02.
Build the Business Brain
We write down how your company actually works. SOPs, checklists and a playbook for your key processes, built with your team and kept in one place.
You get: new hires who learn from the playbook, not from you.
03.
Install the Task Management System
All work lives in one place. Every task has an owner, a due date and a status.
You get: a clear view of what is moving and what is stuck, without asking anyone.
04.
Lead from the Dashboard
We pick the handful of numbers that run your business and put them on one dashboard.
You get: a 10-minute Monday check that replaces two hours of piecing data together.
05.
Run Routines and Rituals
Weekly meetings, daily check-ins, monthly reviews. A fixed rhythm that keeps the system alive after we finish.
You get: a team that keeps moving when you are not in the room.
What founders like you got
Now spends about 4 hours a week in operations. His whole business runs through one dashboard.
Knew she needed SOPs and kept not finishing them. Now her team has everything it needs, even when she is not around.
Moved from a company-based business to a system-based one. She can take a break and know what is on the table for the next two weeks.
Delivery used to hold him back from chasing new work. Now he is building a separate sales team.
Four industries. One five-step system.
The Dashboard CEO Guarantee
Attend all 12 weekly calls and complete the action steps between sessions. If you have not cut your time in daily operations by at least 50% by Week 12, I keep working with you at no extra charge until you do.
You do not pay again until the result is there.
Questions
Top questions clients ask
Most founders I work with say the same thing. Workshops and programs give you ideas and frameworks, then you go back to a business that still runs on you. This program works differently. We build the system inside your company, and I work with you every week for 12 weeks until your team uses it. That weekly accountability is what makes it stick.
Every service business founder says this before we start. Manmeet Kaur said it. So did Darshan Chavan. Between my clients you will find an education company, a marketing agency, an ecommerce business and a training company. Same five steps, built around each business.
We build around the work you already do, not on top of it. We pull out what you and your team already do and write it down. You do not need extra time. You need a partner who holds the deadline.
Some will, in the first few weeks. Resistance fades when the system makes their job easier. Your
strongest people usually like it first, and you learn quickly who is ready to grow with the company.
I help you introduce each step so your team adopts it.
Do the math first. Take your hourly value and multiply it by the hours you spend each week in operational chaos. That is what the current setup already costs you, every week. This program fixes it once.

60 minutes. Free. Just you and me.
01
I find where the dependency lives
You walk me through how your business runs. I show you where it leans on you and why.
02
We work out what it costs you
We put numbers on the hours you lose each week and what those hours could earn if they went to growth.
03
You see your OS
I sketch what the five steps would look like in your business. If we are a fit, I explain how we would work together. If we are not, you still leave with a plan.
Who this is for
•Agency owners with an existing client base and a team, where most decisions and follow-ups still run through you.
•Service business founders who are involved in every department and have little time left for sales and marketing.
•Founders ready to implement between calls, because the system only works when your team uses it.
If you are happy with how your business runs today, you may not need this. All the best.
Who this is not for
•Solo freelancers with no team to systemise
•Pre-revenue or early-stage startups
•Product businesses such as manufacturing and retail
•Founders who will not implement between calls
•Anyone who wants someone else to run the business for them
Choose to be a Dashboard CEO
Every week you wait is another week of the 6:45 AM messages, the repeated instructions and the 10:30 PM replies. The system does not build itself, and neither does the time you lose without it.
I take on 4 to 5 clients a month because each engagement needs my full attention across 12 weeks. When this month’s spots are filled, the next intake opens the following month.
60 minutes. You leave with a clear plan, whether or not we work together.
