Website Terms of Use

1. About These Terms

These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website srinivasvakati.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it (the “Services”). The Site is operated by Srinivas Vakati under the brand Dashboard CEO (“Dashboard CEO”, “we”, “us”, “our”). “You” means any person who visits the Site or uses the Services.

By visiting the Site, subscribing, booking a call, completing the Scorecard or buying a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, our Results and Earnings Disclaimer and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you enroll in a program, our client agreement may add further terms. Where the client agreement and these Terms differ, the client agreement prevails.

2. Who Can Use the Site

The Site and Services are for adults and businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business.

3. Our Services and Free Resources

We offer business systems consulting for founders of service-based businesses. Our Services include:

  • Scalable Systems OS:a 12-week done-with-you program that helps founders build operating systems that reduce their dependence on themselves.
  • Dashboard CEO Scorecard:a diagnostic assessment of how dependent a business is on its founder.
  • Free resources, newsletters, content, and discovery or strategy calls.

We may add, change or stop any Service, free resource or feature. If we stop a paid program that you have already paid for and not yet received, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

4. Information, Not Professional Advice

Everything on the Site, in our emails, content, free resources and Scorecard results is general business information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, HR or investment advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

A discovery or strategy call does not create a client relationship. You become a client when you enroll in a program, pay for a Service or sign an agreement with us.

5. Results

We do not guarantee any specific result, such as revenue growth, profit, time saved or reduced founder dependency. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how fully you and your team implement the systems we build together. Please read our Results and Earnings Disclaimer.

6. Payments, Pricing and Taxes

  • We show prices in Indian rupees or other currencies, as stated at checkout or in your proposal.
  • Payments run through our payment partners, Razorpay, Instamojo, Stripe and PayPal. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the payment.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, including GST where it applies, unless we say otherwise. We show taxes at checkout or on your invoice.
  • We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect a program you have already paid for.
  • You agree to give accurate billing details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause access to the Services until it is resolved.
  • If you pay in instalments, the instalment schedule in your proposal or agreement applies.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out when and how we refund fees. In short, we refund in full if you cancel before the kickoff session, and we do not refund after kickoff except through the resolution process in that policy. By buying a Service, you agree to that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

What we own. Dashboard CEO, Scalable Systems OS, the Dashboard CEO Scorecard, and all frameworks, methods, templates, tools, workbooks, scripts, videos, written content, designs, logos and brand elements are our property or are licensed to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

What you may do. When you receive materials from us, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them inside your own business for your own internal operations.

What you may not do. Without our written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, sell, resell, license, share publicly or distribute our materials or any part of them.
  • Share program materials with people outside your business, including other consultants, coaches or competitors.
  • Use our frameworks, names or materials to create or sell your own training, program, product or consulting offer.
  • Remove our brand or copyright notices.
  • Use our content to train or build AI models or tools offered to others.

What stays yours. Your own business data, documents, processes and decisions remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to deliver the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Your Content, Testimonials and Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, a review or a testimonial, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We publish a testimonial, name, photo or result only with your permission, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use feedback that you send to improve our Services, without naming you unless you agree.

Anything you post on a public part of the Site or on our social media pages is visible to others. You are responsible for it. Please do not post confidential or sensitive information.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaks any law, including copyright law.
  • Give false, misleading or someone else’s information.
  • Send viruses or any code that could harm the Site, our systems or other users.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means.
  • Try to interfere with or get around the security of the Site.
  • Harass, abuse or discriminate against us or others, or post unlawful, defamatory or obscene content.
  • Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of anyone else.

11. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site and our content may use or link to third-party tools and websites, such as Kit, Booklikeaboss, Calendly, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and our payment partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read it.

13. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide the Site and free content “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information on it will always be complete, accurate or current. We may change or remove content at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings or loss of data arising from your use of the Site or Services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to a paid Service is limited to the fees you paid us for that Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by decisions you or your business make, or by delays or failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

15. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs that a third party brings against us because you broke these Terms, used the Services unlawfully, or shared content that infringes someone’s rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, misuse our materials, or fail to pay, and we will give you notice where reasonably possible. Ending access does not cancel amounts you already owe or rights we have already acquired. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Disputes, continue after termination.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the Services, are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a concern, please email srinivas@srinivasvakati.com first. We will try in good faith to resolve it by discussion within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, the courts located in Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the Site. A change applies to future use. It does not change the terms of a program you have already bought unless you agree. Using the Site after an update means you accept the update.

19. General

  • Entire agreement:these Terms, the policies they refer to and any client agreement are the full agreement between you and us on their subject.
  • Severability:if a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • No waiver:if we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
  • Assignment:you may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
